- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, evaporated milk, melted butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour pecan mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly on top without stirring.
- Bake 50-60 minutes until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Cool slightly. Garnish with whole pecans and caramel sauce if desired. Serve warm.
