  • - Shred the cheese for optimal melt and flavor.
  • - Slice the tomato thinly and pat with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • **Assemble the Sandwich:**
  • - Lay out two slices of bread and evenly divide the shredded cheese between them.
  • - Arrange tomato slices over the cheese.
