Pillsbury Crescent Roll Taco Bake –

Easy Pillsbury Crescent Roll Taco Bake with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and fresh taco toppings. Flaky, cheesy, and perfect for weeknights, game day, or family dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Water as directed on seasoning packet
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 –2 tomatoes diced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • ½ small can sliced black olives optional
  • Sour cream salsa, green onions, jalapeños, avocado (optional)

Equipment

  • Large skillet, large baking sheet or pizza pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease or line a large baking sheet.
  2. Brown the ground beef; drain well. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Arrange crescent triangles in a ring with wide ends overlapping in the center and points facing out.
  4. Spoon meat onto the wide center area; sprinkle with cheese. Fold points over the filling and tuck under.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden. Rest 5 minutes.
  6. Fill the center with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and desired toppings. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Notes Drain meat thoroughly to keep dough flaky. Add fresh toppings only after baking. Ground turkey works well. Optional green chiles add flavor. Customize with your favorite cheeses and toppings. Excellent for family dinners and game day.
