Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease or line a large baking sheet.
- Brown the ground beef; drain well. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened.
- Arrange crescent triangles in a ring with wide ends overlapping in the center and points facing out.
- Spoon meat onto the wide center area; sprinkle with cheese. Fold points over the filling and tuck under.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden. Rest 5 minutes.
- Fill the center with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and desired toppings. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Notes Drain meat thoroughly to keep dough flaky. Add fresh toppings only after baking. Ground turkey works well. Optional green chiles add flavor. Customize with your favorite cheeses and toppings. Excellent for family dinners and game day.
