Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe pineapple diced
  • 2 cucumbers thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
  • Jalapeño slices
  • Mint leaves
  • Honey drizzle
  • Lime zest
  • Chili powder or flakes

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board
  • Citrus juicer or reamer
  • Serving spoon
  • Optional: Mandoline for slicing cucumbers thinly

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, cucumbers, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Toss again and adjust seasoning before serving.
  4. Serve chilled. Garnish with lime zest, mint, or extra chili flakes if desired.
