A light, creamy, no-bake dessert with sweet pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped topping — perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup shredded coconut optional
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Spatula or Spoon
  • Fine mesh sieve (for draining pineapple)
  • measuring cups
  • Plastic wrap or lid for chilling

Method
 

  1. Drain crushed pineapple thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and pineapple until thick and well blended.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip gently until smooth.
  4. Stir in mini marshmallows and coconut (if using).
  5. Chill 1–2 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with nuts and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Be sure to drain pineapple completely to avoid a runny texture.
For extra sweetness, add a drizzle of condensed milk before chilling.
Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
