Ingredients
  

  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Bisquick or baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Cook Beef: In a skillet, sauté onion until soft. Add beef and cook until browned. Drain and season with salt.
  • Assemble Pie: Spread beef mixture in the pie dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Prepare Batter: Whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs. Pour over meat and cheese.
  • Bake: Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and set.
