Potluck Go-To Chicken & Stuffing Bake

A creamy, comforting chicken and stuffing casserole made with just 4 ingredients — perfect for potlucks, weeknights, and freezer meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • cups chicken broth

Equipment

  • Baking dish or foil trays
  • mixing bowls
  • whisk
  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange chicken in baking dish.
  3. Whisk soup and broth; pour over chicken.
  4. Moisten stuffing lightly and sprinkle on top.
  5. Cover and bake 25 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake until golden and cooked through.

Notes

Use full-fat soup for best texture
Do not over-moisten stuffing
Freezes beautifully for up to 3 months
Label foil trays for easy gifting
