Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon dried burdock root
  • 2 cups water
  • Honey or lemon optional

Equipment

  • saucepan
  • Strainer
  • Measuring spoon
  • Mug or teapot

Method
 

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of dried burdock root to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and strain into a cup to remove root pieces.
  5. Add honey or lemon if desired.
  6. Drink 1–2 cups daily for detox and health support.
