Powerful Immune-Boosting Onion-Garlic Syrup
A homemade natural syrup packed with onion, garlic, ginger, lemon, carrot, and honey to support immune and respiratory health.
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 3 –4 garlic cloves minced
- 1- inch fresh ginger grated
- 1 carrot grated
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Raw honey to cover
Layer onion, garlic, ginger, and carrot in a clean mason jar.
Pour lemon juice over the mixture.
Cover completely with raw honey.
Let steep 8–12 hours.
Strain and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablespoon 2–3 times daily
Children (1+ years): 1 teaspoon 1–2 times daily
