Powerful Immune-Boosting Onion-Garlic Syrup

A homemade natural syrup packed with onion, garlic, ginger, lemon, carrot, and honey to support immune and respiratory health.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 –4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1- inch fresh ginger grated
  • 1 carrot grated
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Raw honey to cover

Method
 

  1. Layer onion, garlic, ginger, and carrot in a clean mason jar.
  2. Pour lemon juice over the mixture.
  3. Cover completely with raw honey.
  4. Let steep 8–12 hours.
  5. Strain and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablespoon 2–3 times daily
Children (1+ years): 1 teaspoon 1–2 times daily
