Powerful Immune-Boosting Onion-Garlic Syrup

A homemade natural syrup packed with onion, garlic, ginger, lemon, carrot, and honey to support immune and respiratory health.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 –4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1- inch fresh ginger grated
  • 1 carrot grated
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Raw honey to cover

Instructions
 

  • Layer onion, garlic, ginger, and carrot in a clean mason jar.
  • Pour lemon juice over the mixture.
  • Cover completely with raw honey.
  • Let steep 8–12 hours.
  • Strain and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablespoon 2–3 times daily
Children (1+ years): 1 teaspoon 1–2 times daily
