  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Fine mesh strainer (optional)
  • Glass or pitcher

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pumpkin peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Pumpkin – Peel and cube the pumpkin.
  • Blend – Add pumpkin and water (or coconut water) into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Sweeten & Flavor – Stir in honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice, if using.
  • Strain (Optional) – If a smoother juice is preferred, strain before serving.
  • Serve & Enjoy – Chill for a refreshing drink or enjoy immediately!
