Quick and Easy Homemade Air Fryer Bread

- 2 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water 110°F
- 1 tbsp olive oil optional
Activate yeast: Mix warm water & sugar. Sprinkle yeast & let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Prepare dough: Mix flour, salt, yeast mixture & olive oil. Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth.
First rise: Cover & let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
Shape dough: Punch down & form a loaf or rolls. Place in greased pan.
Second rise: Cover & let rise 30-40 minutes.
Preheat air fryer: Set to 320°F (160°C).
Bake: Loaf for 20-25 mins, rolls for 12-15 mins. Cover with foil if browning too fast.
Cool & serve: Let cool 10-15 minutes before slicing.
