An easy and delicious layered ravioli lasagna with rich sauce and melted cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

  • 9×13-inch baking dish
  • foil

Ingredients
  

  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce any flavor
  • 2 20–30 oz bags frozen or fresh ravioli
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread ½ jar of sauce in the bottom of the dish.
  • Layer ravioli, then top with more sauce and half the cheese.
  • Repeat layers, finishing with cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes more.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or basil.

Notes

  • Fresh or frozen ravioli works well in this dish.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
