- Juice lemons, removing seeds but keeping pulp.
- In a large pitcher, mix lemon and pineapple juice.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in water and stir again. Add 1 cup of ice.
- Serve over additional ice and garnish with lemon, pineapple, and mint.

- For fizzy lemonade, replace 2 cups of water with sparkling water.
- Make it slushy by blending with crushed ice.
