Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line or grease baking sheet.
- Peel and cube sweet potatoes.
- Toss with olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sea salt.
- Spread on baking sheet. Dot with butter.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
Notes
- Use less sugar or skip for a more savory version
- Add cayenne or smoked paprika for heat
- Great with roasted chicken, steak, or holiday meals
