Rustic No Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread
A crusty, flavorful artisan bread made with garlic and rosemary—no kneading required! Perfect for beginners and can be baked in the oven or air fryer.

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1¼ teaspoons kosher salt
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon instant yeast
- 1½ cups water room temp
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Optional toppings: extra garlic rosemary, Parmesan cheese
Mix flour, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and yeast in a large bowl.
Add water and stir until sticky dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rest 18–24 hours.
Turn dough onto floured surface. Shape into a round.
Place into greased skillet (or lined air fryer basket) sprinkled with cornmeal. Cover with towel and let rise 2 hours.
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Drizzle loaf with olive oil and add toppings.
Air fry 15–20 minutes until golden. Let cool 10–15 minutes.
Store cooled bread in a bag at room temp for up to 2 days or freeze.
Great with soups, spreads, or as a side for dinner.
Can be made gluten-free using 1:1 flour substitutes.
