Sausage Biscuit Bites

These cheesy sausage biscuit bites are a quick and delicious appetizer, perfect for game day, breakfast, or a party snack. Made with refrigerated biscuit dough and loaded with cream cheese, cheddar, and sausage.

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 2 16.3 oz cans refrigerated biscuits
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder optional

Equipment

  • - Skillet or frying pan
  • mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Rolling pin (or your hands!)
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or nonstick spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic powder.
  4. Flatten each biscuit. Spoon 1 tbsp filling in center, fold and seal into a ball.
  5. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool slightly. Serve warm with dipping sauce or plain.
