Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain and cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic powder.
- Flatten each biscuit. Spoon 1 tbsp filling in center, fold and seal into a ball.
- Place on baking sheet. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly. Serve warm with dipping sauce or plain.
