Savory Sausage & Cream Cheese Crescent Bites

Soft crescent rolls stuffed with creamy sausage filling — a warm, savory treat perfect for any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Black pepper to taste

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • Skillet
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper (for easy cleanup!)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet, drain, and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Unroll crescent dough, cut triangles in half lengthwise.
  5. Place sausage mixture on wide end and roll up.
  6. Bake 12-15 min until golden.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Great with marinara or ranch for dipping.
Make ahead and bake fresh in the morning.
