- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in egg and vanilla until creamy.
- Slowly add dry ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Pour batter into the pan and smooth out the top.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon with a fork.
- Sprinkle crumb topping over the batter.
- Bake 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
