Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Equipment

  • Garlic press or knife
  • Zester or microplane
  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss shrimp with butter, oil, garlic, lemon juice/zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread shrimp in a greased baking dish.
  4. Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Sprinkle over shrimp.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes or until shrimp are pink and topping is golden.
  6. Rest briefly, then serve hot.
