Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl (preferably chilled)
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

  • Airtight freezer-safe container

Method
 

  1. Whip heavy cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form (3–5 min).
  2. Gently fold sweetened condensed milk into whipped cream.
