Simple Loaf Pan Cheesecake
A creamy, classic cheesecake baked in a loaf pan—perfect for easy slicing and small gatherings.
Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
- 1 tbsp flour optional
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line and grease an 8×4 loaf pan.
Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Chill.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, and flour.
Pour filling over crust. Bake 35–40 mins. Cool 1 hour, then chill 4+ hours.
Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
