- Rinse and sort cranberries.
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir gently.
- Cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Mash or blend slightly if desired. Cool before serving.

Sauce thickens as it cools
Start with less sweetener and adjust later
