- Brown and crumble beef in a skillet; drain grease.
- Transfer to slow cooker. Add cream cheese, Velveeta, salsa, jalapeño, and seasoning.
- Cook on low 2-3 hours (or high 1-1.5 hours), stirring occasionally.
- Stir well, serve warm with chips or veggies.
Notes
For extra heat, use hot salsa or more jalapeños.
Swap beef for ground turkey or chicken if preferred.
