Notes

This creamy crockpot chicken recipe is ideal for easy weeknight dinners, meal prep cooking, and budget family meals. For extra heat, add jalapeños or hot sauce. For thicker consistency, let rest 10 minutes before serving. Leftovers freeze well and can be repurposed into tacos, burritos, casseroles, or loaded baked potatoes.
