Method
- Lightly grease your slow cooker.
- Add hashbrowns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk sour cream, milk, and soup. Add seasonings.
- Pour mixture over ingredients in the cooker and top with remaining cheese.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days
Reheat in microwave or oven until hot throughout
Freeze portions for up to 2 months (thaw overnight before reheating)
