Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Stuffing Crust

Tender pork chops slow-cooked in a creamy mushroom sauce and topped with a savory stuffing crust—an easy, comforting one-pot dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops 1–2 lbs
  • 1 box 6 oz seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper optional

Equipment

  • Slow cooker
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk

Method
 

  1. Grease slow cooker lightly.
  2. Place pork chops in a single layer.
  3. Whisk soup and broth together.
  4. Pour sauce over pork.
  5. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top and press lightly.
  6. Cook LOW 5–6 hours or HIGH 2½–3 hours.
  7. Rest 5–10 minutes and serve.

Notes

Use full-fat soup for best results
Avoid stirring during cooking
Let rest before serving so stuffing sets
Add veggies under pork for a complete meal
