Slow Cooker Meatballs with Just 3 Ingredients: A New Take on Comfort Food

Ingredients
  

  • 1 32 oz bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup chili sauce

Equipment

  • 3 to 4‑quart slow cooker
  • Mixing bowl and whisk
  • Serving spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Place meatballs in slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together jelly and chili sauce; pour over meatballs.
  3. Cook on LOW 4–5 hrs or HIGH 2–3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot over rice, veggies, or as appetizer bites.

Notes

For extra heat, add red pepper flakes or sriracha.
Try apricot preserves instead of grape jelly.
Ensure gluten-free ingredients if needed.
