  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can 4 oz diced green chiles, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese divided
  • 10 –12 corn tortillas cut into strips
  • 1 small onion finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
