Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing any flavor
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
  • Press mixture into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45–60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

✔ Spread ketchup or BBQ sauce on top for the final 10 minutes for a sweet glaze.
✔ Store leftovers in the fridge or freeze for easy meals later.
