Stovetop Stuffing Meatloaf

The easiest, most flavorful way to make meatloaf — thanks to savory stuffing mix and rich brown gravy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Stovetop stuffing mix chicken or savory herb
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 brown gravy packets 1 for mix, 1 for topping
  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 large eggs beaten

Equipment

  • 2 mixing bowls
  • Bundt or loaf pan
  • Non-stick spray
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Mix stuffing with hot water; let stand 5 min.
  2. Whisk 1 gravy packet with cold water until smooth.
  3. Add beef + eggs to gravy, mix well. Stir in stuffing.
  4. Press into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for 45–55 min (internal temp 160°F).
  5. Rest 5 min. Invert onto plate. Make second gravy packet and pour into center/top.

Notes

Swap in mixed meats for added depth.
For extra moistness, add a splash of beef broth.
Leftovers reheat beautifully — or make a killer sandwich!
