Method
- Mix stuffing with hot water; let stand 5 min.
- Whisk 1 gravy packet with cold water until smooth.
- Add beef + eggs to gravy, mix well. Stir in stuffing.
- Press into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for 45–55 min (internal temp 160°F).
- Rest 5 min. Invert onto plate. Make second gravy packet and pour into center/top.
Notes
Swap in mixed meats for added depth.
For extra moistness, add a splash of beef broth.
