- Bake 5 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla.
- Whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon or pipe filling over crusts.
- Mix crushed strawberries, crumbs, and butter.
- Sprinkle topping over cheesecakes.
- Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
