Sugar-Free Chocolate Frosty

A thick, creamy, sugar-free chocolate frosty made with just four ingredients. Keto-friendly, low-carb, and ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk dairy or dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener to taste
  • –2 cups ice
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch salt

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • measuring cups
  • Tall chilled glass

Method
 

  1. Add milk to blender.
  2. Add cocoa powder and sweetener.
  3. Blend briefly to combine.
  4. Add ice gradually while blending.
  5. Adjust consistency and sweetness.
  6. Blend on high for 10 seconds.
  7. Serve immediately in chilled glass.

Notes

Use cold ingredients for thickest texture.
Add ice slowly.
Best enjoyed fresh.
Can freeze leftovers into cubes for later blending.
