- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Stir in any optional add-ins.
- Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Tap to release air bubbles.
- Chill in refrigerator 2–3 hours until firm.
- Lift out fudge using parchment and cut into squares. Store refrigerated up to 1 week.
