Sweet Milk Fudge Squares

A simple, no-cook fudge made with just sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup chopped nuts, sprinkles

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe mixing bowl
  • Spatula or Spoon
  • 8×8-inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Sharp knife (for cutting fudge)

Method

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth.
  3. Stir in any optional add-ins.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Tap to release air bubbles.
  5. Chill in refrigerator 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Lift out fudge using parchment and cut into squares. Store refrigerated up to 1 week.

Notes

Don’t Overheat: Use short microwave bursts to avoid burning or seizing the chocolate.
Parchment Paper: Makes cleanup easier and fudge removal simple.
Customize: Try different types of chocolate chips like dark, milk, or white chocolate for variety.
Add-Ins: Mix in your favorite nuts, extracts, or candies to suit the season or occasion.
