  • 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sharp white cheddar shredded
  • 1 cup red raspberry preserves
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños diced
  • 8 strips bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • Crackers or tortilla chips for serving

Method

Notes

Fully softened cream cheese is key for smooth spreading. Drain jalapeños well. Crispy bacon stays crunchiest. Flavors improve with longer chilling. Best served cold.
