Taco Ranch Bites

these Taco Ranch Bites deliver bold flavor in every single bite — made with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, ranch seasoning, and buttery crescent dough. They're irresistible, kid-friendly, and ready in just 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • - 1 packet 1 oz taco seasoning
  • - 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1 packet 1 oz dry ranch seasoning mix
  • - 1 tube 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • - Baking dish or muffin tin
  • knife
  • Oven
  • Spatula or Spoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish or muffin tin.
  2. Brown the beef in a skillet, drain excess grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and tomatoes with green chiles. Simmer 5–7 min.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in cheese and ranch mix.
  5. Roll out crescent dough, press seams together.
  6. Spread meat mixture on dough.
  7. Roll tightly and slice into 1-inch rounds.
  8. Place in pan or muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Serve with optional dips like sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.

Notes

- Add diced jalapeños for heat.
- Can be prepped ahead and reheated.
- Try with different cheeses or even taco chicken!
