Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish or muffin tin.
- Brown the beef in a skillet, drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and tomatoes with green chiles. Simmer 5–7 min.
- Remove from heat, stir in cheese and ranch mix.
- Roll out crescent dough, press seams together.
- Spread meat mixture on dough.
- Roll tightly and slice into 1-inch rounds.
- Place in pan or muffin tin.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve with optional dips like sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.

- Add diced jalapeños for heat.
