- 10 oz pecans
- 10 oz cashews
- 16 oz almonds
- 6 oz dried cranberries
- ½ cup honey
- 6 T coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
In a saucepan, melt honey and coconut oil. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
In a bowl, combine all nuts and cranberries.
Pour honey mixture over and mix well.
Spread on baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Let cool before storing in an airtight container.
