Texas Roadhouse Butter Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, diced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: ½ cup shredded cheese
  • Optional: Caramelized onions

Method
 

  1. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in broth and honey. Simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring in parsley.
  5. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer on low 3–5 minutes to combine flavors.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and cover to melt (optional).
  7. Serve hot with desired sides.
