Method
- Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds.
- Pour in broth and honey. Simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring in parsley.
- Return chicken to skillet. Simmer on low 3–5 minutes to combine flavors.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover to melt (optional).
- Serve hot with desired sides.
