- 1 glass of water 12–20 oz.
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- Sweetener to taste honey or stevia, optional
Warm the water or use room temperature water.
Mix apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a glass.
Stir well until fully combined.
Add honey or stevia if desired.
Drink immediately, preferably 10 minutes before meals.
