- Heat water until warm but not boiling.
- In a mug, mix turmeric, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Add honey or apple cider vinegar if using.
- Stir well and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
- Keep stirring as you drink — turmeric will settle.
