Turmeric Ginger Honey Bomb

A natural wellness elixir made with turmeric, ginger, and honey to support immunity, digestion, and overall health

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp turmeric or fresh root
  • 1- inch ginger root
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional cayenne
  • Optional lemon juice

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • - Grater
  • spoon
  • Glass jar

Method
 

  1. Peel and grate turmeric and ginger
  2. Add all ingredients to bowl
  3. Mix thoroughly
  4. Let sit for a few minutes
  5. Transfer to jar
  6. Use daily

Notes

Always include black pepper for absorption
Avoid boiling temperatures when consuming
Store in a cool, dark place
Start with small doses if new
