- Cook bacon until crisp; reserve 2 tbsp fat.
- Sauté onion in fat; add garlic and white onion parts.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.
- Stir in cheeses, seasoning, onion mix, and half bacon.
- Transfer to baking dish; top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Shred cheese fresh for best melting
Can be assembled 2 days ahead
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for heat
