Warm & Cheesy Bacon Dip

A rich, creamy, triple-cheese dip loaded with crispy bacon and baked until hot, bubbly, and irresistible — perfect for parties and comfort-food cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thick-cut bacon chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar divided
  • cups Monterey Jack
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • mixing bowl
  • Oven-safe baking dish

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; reserve 2 tbsp fat.
  2. Sauté onion in fat; add garlic and white onion parts.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.
  4. Stir in cheeses, seasoning, onion mix, and half bacon.
  5. Transfer to baking dish; top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Shred cheese fresh for best melting
Can be assembled 2 days ahead
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for heat
Best served warm
