Whipped Pudding Frosting

A light, fluffy, and delicious 3-ingredient frosting made with instant pudding mix—perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 box 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • - ½ cup cold milk

Equipment

  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Hand or stand mixer
  • Measuring spoons
  • Rubber spatula

Method
 

  1. Chill mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
  2. In the chilled bowl, whisk together pudding mix and powdered sugar.
  3. Add cold milk and beat on medium-high speed for 3–5 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Spread or pipe frosting onto your dessert.
  5. Optional: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours for firmer texture.
