BROWNIE-BOTTOM CHEESECAKE
Ingredients:
- one box brownie mix, prepared according to pack directions
- two 8-ounce packages, soft cream cheese
- two eggs
- half cup granulated sugar
- one teaspoon vanilla
- a quarter cup hot fudge sauce
Directions
Heat the oven to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
Greased nine - or ten -inch skillet with non-stick cook spray. Pour the brownie mixture evenly into the skillet. Sit aside.
In bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer to smooth & creamy. Addingalso sugar, eggs and vanilla extract also mix well.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture and spread gently to cover the brownie mixture.
Bake the cheesecake at three hundred fifty F for thirty minutes, then reduce the heat to three hundred twenty five F and bake for an additional fifteen minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature in the pan before removing the spring form mould.
Put the hot fudge sauce in a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the corner cutouts) and place on top of the cheesecake. cut and present.
