Baked Chicken Tacos

  • twelve Taco shell (Taco shells)
  • four chicken cutlet
  • two Lawyer
  • 0.5 Iceberg-lettuce
  • four tomato
  • 0.5 Red pepper
  • two onions
  • 125g grated cheddar
  • one tbsp. teaspoon tortilla spices
  • two tbsp. tsp Oil
  • Salt


 Methods :
Frying sliced onions for two to three minutes in a pan in hot oil. Add the chicken cutlets in strips and the diced half pepper. Continue cooking for ten minutes, stirring often. Season with salt & tortilla spice.
Meantime, warm taco shells 3 min in preheated oven on th. six (one hundred eighty °C).
Divided seasoned chicken in each, alternating cheddar, chopped lettuce, tomatoes & diced avocado. Surround with the rest raw vegetables.
