Baked-Chicken

Ingredients:

  •  6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin on (about 5-6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2-3 t chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
  • Salt / pepper to taste

 

Method:

Preheat broiler 425 degrees F.
Put an aluminum foil-covered baking rack on a baking sheet.

Use a paper towel to remove any moisture from the chicken skin.

Put the chicken in olive oil and add spices, salt, and pepper to taste.

Place on a rack and heat for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken's temperature reaches 165°F.

Broil 2-3 minutes.
