  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 eggs + 1 egg white
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
  • ½ teaspoon lemon flavor
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries (do not thaw if using frozen)
  • 3-4 teaspoons flour (to mix with blueberries)

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 12 ounces full-fat brick-style cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla flavor
