Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef patties
  • 3 sheets of spaghetti
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornflour

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Cut cooked spaghetti into shorter lengths for easier eating.
  2. Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a large pan, draining excess oil as needed.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix grated ginger with soy sauce and half of the water. Add chopped onions and bell pepper to the mixture.
  4. Thicken Sauce: Mix cornflour with the remaining water, then add it to the meat mixture. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.
  5. Combine: Add cooked and drained spaghetti to the meat mixture. Toss to combine thoroughly.
  6. Serve: Garnish with additional bell peppers, green onions, or your favorite toppings. Serve hot and enjoy!
