Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- Mix brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss chicken strips until coated.
- Wrap each chicken strip with bacon; place on baking sheet. Sprinkle extra sugar mixture on top.
- Bake 20–25 mins until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through. Rest briefly and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers refrigerated up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or air fryer.
