Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

Juicy chicken tenders wrapped in crispy bacon and coated in a sweet brown sugar glaze. Quick, easy, and addictively delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, each cut into 4 strips
  • ½ cup brown sugar plus extra for sprinkling
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 strips bacon

Equipment

  • Baking sheet or oven-safe baking dish
  • Aluminum foil or parchment paper (for easy cleanup)
  • mixing bowl
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. Mix brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss chicken strips until coated.
  3. Wrap each chicken strip with bacon; place on baking sheet. Sprinkle extra sugar mixture on top.
  4. Bake 20–25 mins until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through. Rest briefly and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers refrigerated up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or air fryer.
