Ingredients
  

Cake Base
  • 2 boxes banana muffin mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
Fruit Layer
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple drained
Cream Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
Topping
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Equipment

  • 9×13-inch baking dish
  • electric mixer
  • mixing bowls
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix banana muffin mix, eggs, and milk. Bake in greased 9×13 pan. Cool completely.
  3. Spread drained pineapple evenly over cooled cake.
  4. Beat cream cheese smooth. Mix pudding with milk, then combine. Spread over pineapple.
  5. Top with whipped topping.
  6. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
