Coffee Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

A creamy, energizing smoothie with the comforting flavors of banana, coffee, and peanut butter — perfect for breakfast on the go!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana sliced and frozen
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/3 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • Small handful of ice cubes optional
  • 1 –2 tsp maple syrup or honey optional

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Glass or mason jar for serving

Method
 

  1. Add banana, coffee, milk, and peanut butter to a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes if using.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey if needed.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

Boost the protein: Add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
Make it thicker: Toss in a few oats or a second banana.
Vegan version: Use plant-based milk and maple syrup.
